Our Human Rights and Social Responsibility Policy

As Roysis Label and Barcode Printing Systems, we aim to continue our activities with our employees, customers and suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the age, honesty and trust. With the awareness of society, we present our company policy to all our business partners in our production facility, primarily work in accordance with our laws, production procedures and social standards of our customers and invite them to be a partner in this understanding.

Our company’s company policy includes the following criteria.

In our company, the working age is as determined by law, and child labor is not allowed and supported.

Employees in the enterprise are not allowed and supported to work in dangerous jobs.

Our company does not employ its employees under any pressure. All employees are employed in appropriate positions under equal conditions with their own consent.

It fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel, and ensures occupational health and safety by supporting their development with training opportunities.

The working environment of our employees is adequately equipped and all kinds of opportunities are offered to meet their basic needs in hygienic conditions.

Our employees are free as well as free to bargain collectively and to form unions.

Our employees have freedom of opinion and belief, and none of our employees are discriminated against on issues such as language, religion, race, gender, social class, age and union membership.

ROYSIS regulates its working hours as stipulated by law, does not regularly work overtime and gives its employees two days off per week.

The wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and they are not paid below the minimum wage.

Employees report their requests and complaints to the management through workers’ representatives, and the solutions of these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.

None of our employees are disciplined by physical or material discipline rules, and the development of our employees is ensured by trainings and instructions.

It controls all the criteria in the company policy with social management and quality management systems and manages it with a modern management system, and aims to continue its activities together with all its suppliers and business partners.

Regular meetings are held between employers and employees on social rights and working conditions.

Young worker working hours are 40 hours and working hours over the age of 18 are 45 hours.
