Social Responsibility Policy

As ROYSIS, we aim to continue our activities with our employees, customers and suppliers in honesty and trust, keeping up with the requirements of the time.With the awareness of society, we present our company policy to all our business partners in our production facility, primarily work in accordance with our laws, production procedures and social standards of our customers, and invite them to become a partner in this understanding.

Our company policy includes criterias as following;

Working age in our company is in compliance with the law, child labor is not allowed and not supported.

Employees in our company are not allowed or supported to work in dangerous jobs.

Our company does not put pressure on its employees in any matter.All employees are employed in appropriate positions with their own consent under equal conditions.

Our company fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all the health and safety risks of the personnel, and provides occupational health and safety by supporting their training opportunities and development.

The working environment of our employees is adequately equipped, and every opportunity is provided to meet their basic needs under hygienic conditions.

Our employees are free to form collective agreements and associations as well as being free.

Our employees have the freedom of thought and belief, and no discrimination is applied to any of our employees on issues such as language, religion, race, gender, social class, age, and union membership.

ROYSIS organizes its working hours as required by law, does not regularly work overtime and gives two days off per week to its employees.

The wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and no payment is made below the minimum wage determined by law.

Employees report their requests and complaints to the management through worker representatives, and the solutions to these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.

None of our employees are disciplined by physical or material discipline rules, and the development of our employees is provided by training and instructions.

ROYSIS fulfills its social responsibility against environmental pollution and raises awareness of all its employees for the protection of nature.

It controls all the criteria in the company policy with social management and quality management systems and manages it with a modern management system, and aims to continue its activities together with all its suppliers and business partners.

Regular meetings are held between the employer and the employees on social rights and working order.

The working hours of young workers are limited to 40 hours, and the working hours of workers over the age of 18 are limited to 45 hours.
